In Apple  no committees we are organized Like a startup One person is in charge of iPhone IOS, another person in charge of Mac hardware, one person in charge of Worldwide marketing, etc.

IOS, iMac, worldwide marketing, and operations.

-How often do they meet at Apple?
Apple meets once a week for three hours.

-According to Steve Jobs, team work is dependent on what?
Teamwork, consist in a group of people that you can rely on to get their part of the job done, without having to constantly watch over them.

He meets with teams of people and they think of ideas to solve problems, to make new products, to make new marketing programs, etc.

You need to have people that can give ideas that make progress throughout the company.

What I expect to happen in the next 10 years of my life is as follows:

How To Resolve Conflict in Workplace


What is positive about conflict at work?
Something positive about the conflict at work is that it allows develops creativity of our ideas which should be well borne in order to be presented to others and get to mutual agreement. Also if you adopt different styles of management for different situations you can do of conflict something positive.

What could be wrong if we were not able to manage conflict? (Consequences)
Not being able to resolve conflicts can lead to negative effect on teams and can lead to a fast flop of the organization it can also affect the health and well-being of different areas involved in the conflict.

What are the conflict management styles he mentions? Explain them
The conflict management styles are:
Competing
This style is trying to achieve goals in a personal way because these are individual ideas that give the status at the moment to defend his position with difficult issues compared to other arguments that may be offensive and unsuitable when we are trying to make decisions.
Accommodating
In this style the interests and feelings of others are placed above our own interests, besides being complacent is useful when we realize that we are wrong with our ideas, to correct them and achieve the goal of the organization.

My name is  Jenny Marcela. I have  24 years old. I am in the eighth semester of public accountancy. I live in Itagui. I live with  my mother,my father, my brother and my little sister, she is the joy of the house.
I have worked as accounting assistant since 2007. Currently working on Solla S.A. During 5years in work experience as an accounting assistant, I have done many things like:
Accounting information archive, import product, registration and payroll.
I have good interpersonal relationships. I am a responsible person.
