Something positive about the conflict at work is that it allows develops creativity of our ideas which should be well borne in order to be presented to others and get to mutual agreement. In this style the interests and feelings of others are placed above our own interests, besides being complacent is useful when we realize that we are wrong with our ideas, to correct them and achieve the goal of the organization.
